Hi, I'm Natalie and I'm so glad you're here. I came to this work through a lifetime of my own chronic nervous system dysregulation, but it was when I entered midlife, that it became unsustainable.
Over a decade ago one of my children was diagnosed AuDHD. Two years later, his brother was found to be on the spectrum as well. Both of them had chronic sleep and sensory challenges that I managed pretty much solo. My thyroid shut down.
I became a CNA for them while running my business. My marriage was falling apart. I started having panic attacks that I later realized were related to perimenopause. Then the ADHD diagnosis.
For over a decade, I devoured every resource, book, and course I could find. I did breathwork, I went to a weekend retreat. I bought so many gadgets. Despite all that, I was still losing myself and was desperate to stay a good mom.
I was regulating a house full of nervous systems, including my own, often all at once, in crisis, with no backup, on empty. I'm telling you this because I want you to understand that I see you. I've been there and I'm here to walk with you.

With consistent use of the audios when a nervous system activation (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) occurs, it's common for users to notice they return to baseline more quickly and, over time, what used to really activate (trigger) a response becomes less and less activating.
Many report a greater resilience to stress, feeling more confident and capable when stressful events occur, old patterns become "quieter", and their baseline becomes calm with occasional stress instead of always stressed with bigger stress peaks and periods of shutdown. Is this appropriate for people with unaddressed trauma who don't have professional support?
This is NOT a substitute for licenced therapy and is not meant to be used in isolation, which is why it is labeled as a toolkit. Tools in your toolbox, not a complete solution for everyone's individual circumstances. It is trauma-informed and designed to be gentle. However, it does contain some guided inner child reparenting and visualization as a gentle part of completing the emotional portion of a nervous system activation in some of the longer audios.
If you are currently in crisis, experiencing severe clinical depression or anxiety, dealing with acute trauma, ongoing abuse, PTSD, or C-PTSD, or any other relevant diagnoses that are beyond the scope of this self-paced toolkit, you are responsible for finding professional support and knowing your own limitations.
This toolkit is designed to be a powerful complement to therapeutic work, not an absolute replacement for it and certainly not for every individual.
I'm already doing/have already done therapy, breathwork, yoga, plant medicine, somatic modalities, etc. How do I know if this is right for me?
Most talk therapy is really great at helping you intellectually work through old patterns, traumas, memories, and beliefs and how they affect how you show up in your life, career, and relationships. Most of it does not generally address those same issues where they live, in your nervous system and body. So this might look like you being able to know exactly why you get triggered when your mom, your partner, or your boss says or does something, but you can't actually stop the trigger from firing in your body. The toolkit is designed to help you rewire the patterns at a body level.
Breathwork works at a body level, but in a way that is designed to push you into an activated state. This can force trauma to the surface without tending the emotional roots or discharging it fully. The toolkit doesn't push you into activation, it meets you in it and helps you complete it, physically and emotionally, and then integrate it afterwards.
Yoga can help discharge built up stress in the body and calm the mind, but it does not provide the same depth or function as the Toolkit for nervous system regulation or repatterning.
Plant medicines can help create beautiful, transformative experiences. They can also be retraumatizing. There are ways to minimize the odds of it, but there isn't really a way to know which one you are going to get, especially with a first experience. Like breathwork, it pushes your system. Kind of like kicking a door down instead of opening it gently, over time. This can be transformative, but for many people, it doesn't integrate as a new pattern into the body. Like therapy, it can provide insight. Like breathwork, it can bring traumas to the surface to be moved through the body. Unfortunately, for many people the effects and benefits don't get fully integrated and fade over time. However, In my personal experience, plant medicine journeys tend to be improved in many ways by expanding nervous system capacity first and supporting the nervous system afterward to sustain integration. I would argue, this toolkit could be a helpful resource to use for several months for anyone preparing to do deep work with plant medicines and for several months after as part of your integration protocol.
